Chocolate Brownies!

Ingredients:
50g of chocolate (any)
125g Flour
100g Caster Sugar
2 Eggs
50g Margarine

Equipment:
Brownie Tray Mixing Bowl
Knife
Wooden Spoon
Spoon
Greaseproof Paper


1. Preheat The Oven To 180 Degrees/ Gas Mark 4 plus greaseproof the brownie tray.
2. Put the chocolate and margarine in the mixing bowl.
3. Place the mixing bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds. If chocolate doesn't melt, add another 10 seconds.
4. Take out the mixing bowl and mix the chocolate and margarine together.
5. Add the eggs and beat them.
6. Add the sugar and flour and mix together.
7. Using a spoon pour the mixture into the brownie tray. Use greaseproof paper to avoid the brownies sticking to the tray.
8. Put the brownie tray in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
9. After it is cooked, cut it into as many pieces as you like. They can be small or large.
